Last week I took part in the Service Innovation Summit (Madrid, March 28-30, 2012), which brought together more then 150 service leaders from the corporate, government, non-profit and community sectors mostly of Spain, the U.S., and other countries to look for areas of synergy and cross sector partnership in promoting volunteering.
