Harnessing the Spirit of Volunteering after the London Olympics

As a Londoner, I could not help but notice all the volunteers around my city throughout the summer of 2012, especially the Team London Ambassadors, in their bright uniforms! Awareness of HIV/AIDS and Environmental Awareness projects

The first program that I have applied for (an open discussion about HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness) will be done on Thursday December the first.

 

The second program will be volunteering with at least fifty community members to clean the ditches. We clean for an hour every two weeks because the area is currently flooded due to the overgrowth of plants. This second event will take place on Sunday December the fourth.
